Rates

We want your stay at The Lil Cottage to be relaxing and comfortable for you, so we offer these accommodations in our newly remodeled cottage:

clean and comfortable home
bedroom with queen size bed, dresser, closet
entertainment room with television, dvd player, sleeper-sofa, recliner
bathroom with shower/bath
kitchen with stove, fridgerator, microwave, flatware, tableware, papertowels
linens and towels
coffee maker with filters and a supply of caffinated and dedaffinated coffee

Rates

In-season Rates:

   $  70 per night (Sun. - Thurs.)
     $  75 per night (Fri. & Sat.)
     $450 per week (7 days & 6 nights)

      The pricing above includes all applicable taxes and lodging fees.
        Rates are based on 2 adults. Kids under 6 are FREE.
        Additional people are $10 per person.
        1/2 of the reservation fee is due at time of booking.

Policy

Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of stay will forfeit deposit.
The Lil Cottage is a non-smoking facility.
No pets or alcohol permited in the facility.
